This is a great site, but I have a few recommendations to make it better:
1) More variety in the procedures. The videos are too much the same from one to another.
2) Use of larger vibrators or other objects for anal insertion. Patients should be showing more discomfort from the insertions.
3) Anal insertions for the entire duration of the exam. Butt plugs would be good for this purpose, but other devices or objects could work as well.
4) Collecting semen in the syringes is GREAT but do something with it! In Enema fun, it's injected into the guy's mouth. Let's see more of that and/or inserting the syringe into his anus and injecting the semen there.
5) Add spankings a a form of "therapy"
6) Use of cock/ball cages & other "chastity" devices
7) More injections (I saw only one)
8) Two or more guys receiving anal insertions and/or rectal temps at the same time, side-by-side.
